  1. I walk cause I have diabetes. it has shown to lower my a1c. it also has helped me feel better and stronger. I do not exercise, but walking is pleasurable.

  2. I am a 67 year old female who has walked between 10k and 20k steps for at least 6 years. I am not on any meds, I maintain a healthy weight and have no physical problems. Walking has given me a great life!
